Renting McCaw Hall

Many of our patrons inquire about booking McCaw Hall for private events. Because the Hall is operated by the City of Seattle, rentals are handled through the City’s Seattle Center staff. Full-service, on-site catering at McCaw Hall is offered exclusively by SAVOR.

Since opening in 2003, McCaw Hall has hosted many different groups besides its two main tenants, Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet. The two theaters can accommodate either 2,900 patrons in the Susan Brotman Auditorium or 381 patrons in the more intimate Nesholm Family Lecture Hall. The lobbies and reception rooms provide elegant spaces for corporate events, private parties or weddings, accommodating banquets up to 350 and receptions up to 2,900, plus intimate spaces for smaller groups.
