Jennifer Zetlan made her Seattle Opera debut as The Flier in the world premiere of Daron Hagen’s Amelia, and she also recently performed Musetta in La bohème with the company. At the Metropolitan Opera she has performed Xenia in Boris Godunov, Second Bridesmaid in Le nozze di Figaro, and the Bloody Child in Macbeth. Other recent performances for this Delaware native include Pamina in Die Zauberflöte with Nashville Opera and at the Ash Lawn Opera Festival, Zina in the world premiere of Nico Muhly’s Dark Sisters with Gotham Chamber Opera and Opera Company of Philadelphia, and Sardula in The Last Savage at Santa Fe Opera. On the concert stage she has performed with the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, Seattle Symphony, the Indianapolis Symphony, and the Juilliard Orchestra. She will soon sing Carmina Burana with National Chorale. Upcoming engagements include Rebecca in Two Boys at the Met and Gilda in Rigoletto at Seattle Opera.
