Bio

In 2007, Noah Baetge returned for his second season with the Seattle Opera Young Artists Program. The previous season, he sang Fenton in Verdi’s Falstaff and Don José in the touring production of Peter Brook/Bizet’s Tragedy of Carmen. He also sang two roles on the company’s mainstage: the Animal Vendor in Rosenkavalier and Parpignol in Puccini’s Bohème. Baetge will receive his B.M. from Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) this season. He has been a member of Tacoma Opera’s Young Artists Showcase. Baetge placed first at the 2006 district-level Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions.
