Fenlon Lamb


A member of Seattle Opera’s Young Artist Program in 1998 and 2000, Fenlon Lamb makes her Seattle Opera mainstage debut in these performances. Recent roles for the mezzo-soprano include the title role of Bizet’s Carmen, Mrs. Grose in Britten’s Turn of the Screw, Maddalena in Verdi’s Rigoletto, Dorabella in Mozart’s Così fan tutte, Stephano in Gounod’s Roméo et Juliette, and Rosina in Rossini’s Barbiere di Siviglia with the opera companies of Sacramento, Mississippi, Granite State, and the Caramoor International Music Festival. She made her concert debut with Cleveland Orchestra singing Angelina in Rossini’s Cenerentola followed by the world premiere of Come to Me in Dreams at Cleveland Opera. Upcoming engagements include Marcellina in Mozart’s Nozze di Figaro with Berkshire Opera, and Meg Page in Verdi’s Falstaff and Zerlina in Mozart’s Don Giovanni with Opera Cleveland.
