As a student at Johns Hopkins University’s Peabody Conservatory, Jenni Bank performed Giulietta in Offenbach’s Contes d’Hoffmann, Marcellina in Mozart’s Nozze di Figaro, Dame Quickly in Verdi’s Falstaff, Frugola in Puccini’s Tabarro, Suor Dolcina in Puccini’s Suor Angelica, and Hannah in the world premiere of Tom Benjamin’s Alien Corn. Other roles in her repertoire include the Third Lady in Mozart’s Zauberflöte and Ruth in Sullivan’s Pirates of Penzance. Bank has participated in young artist programs at Des Moines Metro Opera—where she sang La Zia Principessa in Suor Angelica and Zita in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi—and Opera New Jersey.
