Joshua Jeremiah began his second season with the Seattle Opera Young Artists Program in 2007. For the 2006/07 season, he sang the title role of Verdi’s Falstaff in the Program’s production. Jeremiah has studied at University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and with Cincinnati Opera’s young artist program. Cincinnati credits include Count Ceprano in Verdi’s Rigoletto with Cincinnati Opera as well as solo engagements with Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, and Cincinnati Baroque Orchestra. Jeremiah won first place in both the Shenandoah Concerto Competition and the Adrian Boyer Aria Competition. In the summer of 2007, he was a Filene Young Artist at Wolf Trap, singing the title role of Musto’s Volpone and working in recital with Steven Blier. Jeremiah returns to Wolf Trap in the summer of 2008.
