Since his Seattle Opera debut in 2000 as Squeak in Britten's Billy Budd, Steven Goldstein has appeared with the company as the Third Jew in Richard Strauss's Salome, Scaramuccio in Ariadne auf Naxos, and Harry in Puccini's Fanciulla del West. Other credits include Don Basilio in Mozart's Nozze di Figaro with the Vancouver Opera and Chicago Opera Theater, Monostatos in Mozart's Zauberflöte at Los Angeles Opera, and Pedrillo in Mozart's Entführung aus dem Serail with New Israeli Opera. Goldstein is a founding member of New York’s Atlantic Theater Company. Recent performances include Romance with Atlantic and at the Mark Taper Forum, and Keep Your Pantheon at the Kirk Douglas Theater in Los Angeles. Other theater credits include the Broadway production of Our Town and Intimate Apparel at Baltimore’s Center Stage. His film credits include The Untouchables.
