Seattle Opera is committed to making opera as accessible as possible for young people. Here are ways for students to save on opera tickets.

Teen Tix

Seattle Opera is a proud participant in Seattle Center’s Teen Tix program. Enrolled teens get opera tickets for $5 on the day of opera. Limited to 12 seats per performance.

Student Subscriptions

Young people enjoy generous discounts when subscribing to the Seattle Opera season. A limited number of 50% off subscriptions are available in the Sunday matinee series for students 21 and under.

Student Rush

Students with a valid ID get $20 tickets on any available seat starting two hours before every performance. (Not valid on Dress Circle seats.)

$25 Tickets for Every Performance

$25 tickets are available in the Second Tier Side Back for every performance at McCaw Hall. (Subject to availability).

Student Groups

All groups of 10 or more enjoy significant savings. Student groups receive a 50% discount on any available seat, and the 11th ticket is free!

Student Groups coming to any Wednesday or Sunday performance can also participate in the “Front and Center” program and pay just $30 for main floor seats. Read more or email groups@seattleopera.org for complete Group Sales information.
