SET RENTAL INFORMATION

Costs:

Scenery and Services Fee: $27,500.00
Set Designer Royalty: Included
Set Designer Employment: Requred to offer a minimum of 5 days employment. This may be waived for educational institutions.
Director Royalty: Included
Director Employment: Required to offer 1st opportunity to provide artist's services or name an assistant.
Number and size of truck(s): 1 - 53' Logistic post with Air-Ride
Insured set value: $150,000.00
Load-out/in costs: Deposit of $7,000.00 required. Actual costs will be calculated and SO will invoice/refund the difference.
Technical Supervisor: Provided by Seattle Opera.
Required for the initial load-in, set-up and load-out.
Expect 1 day to load-in this scenery and 1 day to strike and load-out.

NOTE: The quoted costs are subject to change. Final costs will be set when a contract is requested.

NOTE: Stock raker boxes are included if available.

NOTE: Stock equipment is NOT included in the rental price. Stock equipment includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • All black masking
