  • Expect 2 days to load-in this scenery and 1 day to strike and load-out.

Minimum number of line sets: 15 (does not include masking or electrics)
Furthest upstage flying piece: 40' (not including R/P)
Height of tallest flying piece: 42'

NOTE:

  • Stock raker boxes are included if available.
  • Stock equipment is NOT included in the rental price. Stock equipment includes, but is not limited to, the following:
    • All black masking
    • The two winches are included at no charge only if they are available at the time of the rental.
    • Using our winches may require an additional scenic supervisor
    • R/P
    • Black scrim

  • Costume rental fee
  • Designer Royalty

Not Included:

  • Refundable damage deposit
  • Costume Supervisor fee and expenses including per diem, airfare and hotel. (Supervisor required for fittings and packout.)
  • Shipping
  • Insurance Certificate
  • When production is rented in its entirety, $1,500 director royalty and employment obligations will apply
