Speight Celebration 2014 during International Wagner Competition & 50th Anniversary Gala

Speight Jenkins’ final year as General Director begins with Ring 2013 and culminates with the International Wagner Competition and 50th Anniversary Gala. To honor the man whose name is synonymous with Seattle Opera, a weekend-long celebration will be held. Join us August 8-10, 2014, for the world’s best emerging Wagnerian singers, a gala in Speight’s honor and to celebrate our 50th Anniversary, as well as other special events.
