MadArt Studio is a unique combination of artist studio and events venue that specializes in large-scale installations and sculptures, and seeks to promote the idea of discovering art in unexpected places. Join members of The SOWING Circle to explore MadArt's current exhibit, The Great Northern, created by current Guggenheim fellow and Seattle Opera Lead Scenic Artist Rick Araluce. 

Explore Rick's creations and mingle with fellow SOWING Circle Members to discuss your impressions of this half-scale replica of The Great Northern trian tunnel, built in 1905 as the widest and highest tunnel in the country at the time. Support a local non-profit gallery and Seattle Opera artist while enjoying the company of The SOWING Circle.
